We currently have a career opportunity for a Technical Consultant - Manual QA Tester to join our team. This is a 100% Onsite position.
As a Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, documentation, testing of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will take direction from solution architects and leads on development activities.

Technology Consultants are responsible for the implementation and configuration of the technical infrastructure including web applications, layered software, hardware platform and operating systems. The Technology Consultant regularly consults with clients on best practices, issue resolution and experience guidance in order to improve the performance/reliability of client's technical environment.

Technology Consultants are responsible for the implementation and configuration of the technical infrastructure including web applications, layered software, hardware platform and operating systems. Responsibilities
- Participate in test planning and requirements analysis, ensuring test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects in collaboration with developers and product teams.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices for software quality assurance, including usability, performance, and security testing.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and validate functionality.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide detailed feedback on product quality.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and collaborate effectively with team members of various experience levels.
- 5 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications across different platforms and devices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman is a plus.
- Experience working with bug tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major
