JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our corporate marketing team. This high-performing individual contributor will assist in planning, creating, and editing short- and long-form content showcasing our industry expertise and support the implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns that target decision makers looking for a strategic digital transformation partner.

Responsibilities

  • Write sales and marketing content, including websites, sales sheets, perspectives, white papers, guides, case studies, strategic positions, presentations, emails, social media posts, display ads, video scripts, webinar decks, newsletters, and blogs, using independent research and subject matter interviews, to educate readers, showcase our capabilities, and support business development
  • Create, manage, and execute content marketing plans to generate leads, build brand awareness, and highlight our expertise in industries, including automotive, retail, consumer goods, oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, travel and hospitality, professional services, and communications, media, and technology
  • Prioritize projects in conjunction with deliverable dates
  • Use anecdotal feedback and quantifiable results to analyze marketing campaigns and report on them to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop outreach campaigns that result in new business
  • Support the generation of target prospect lists for marketing campaigns
  • Research, propose, and coordinate in-person conferences that align with our capabilities and offer excellent networking opportunities, as well as identify and organize unique in-person and virtual experiences for clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues who support regional offices, events, partners, analyst relations, PR, advertisements, video production, social media, email, and more.
  • Attend meetings with internal groups and vendors and effectively communicate key summaries to all stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an understanding of SEO and digital marketing
  • Understanding of general best practices for creating and promoting content such as blogs and social posts
  • Deadline-oriented time management and project management skills
  • A highly organized and proactive self-starter who can work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of producing quality short- and long-form thought leadership quickly and frequently
  • An effective and confident communicator who can bring ideas forward
  • Aptitude for identifying and creating content about industry trends and topics that will resonate with target readers
  • Ability to quickly learn about various industries, technologies, and other complex topics through independent research and interviews with subject matter experts
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Comfortable working with all levels in an organization, virtually or in person
  • Preferred 1-5 years of post-college experience in a writing, B2B content creation, or content marketing role
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, journalism, English, or a similar field

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $40,000-52,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
