We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled OneStream Accounts Reconciliations Lead Business Consultant to join our Oracle National Business Unit. Note : this role will be remote with the possibility of some travel
This individual will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of OneStream Financial Close and Account Reconciliation processes. As a lead consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that streamline financial operations, improve efficiency, and ensure data accuracy in the reconciliation process.
Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation :
Lead the end-to-end implementation of OneStream's accounts reconciliation module, including system configuration, mapping of chart of accounts, financial data integration, and reconciliation workflows.
Analyze clients' existing financial processes, including reconciliation, reporting, and financial close, to identify areas for improvement and automation using OneStream.
Lead the configuration of OneStream's reconciliation module, including the setup of accounts, matching rules, and reconciliation templates.
Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all reconciliation-related queries and issues.
Lead training sessions for clients, ensuring that users are equipped to effectively use OneStream's account reconciliation functionality.
Stay current with OneStream updates and industry trends to recommend improvements and upgrades to client systems.
Work closely with finance teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of OneStream solutions.
Qualifications
7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business consulting with a focus on financial close and account reconciliations.
Expertise in OneStream Financial Close and Account Reconciliation solutions.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
