We currently have a career opportunity for a Quality Engineering Strategist to join our team located in Charlotte, NC. Must live in Charlotte or in immediate Charlotte area (extending into South Carolina).
Must have significant experience running a QE testing program, preferably during an M & A scenario and understand how to work across organizational charts to achieve broad testing success.

- Testing Approach (Quality Engineering - automated and manual testing)
- Testing success criteria
- Testing Requirements
- Status and progress in testing approach

Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to ensure clear roles and responsibilities
- Work with client testing resources to define, deliver and manage success
- Work across our client's technical and product portfolio to help drive prioritization and execution of an M & A testing program
- Deliver status, progress, risks, and other normal aspects of a large program.
- Work with actual testers in both our client and their client to ensure proper understanding of testing strategy and requirements
- Deliver on QA environment and UAT testing through partnerships and indirect influence
- Generate status and summary reports to ensure management is aware of Quality System issues and status of each. (e.g., CAPA tracking)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
- 8 years of experience working with clients in a consultative manner to solve business problems using testing technology and data-driven techniques
- Proven experience in leading large testing programs
- Proven experience with data security and compliance certifications or attestation support
- Proven ability to manage projects in a self-directed manner
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards preferred (SOC, HIPAA, NIST, Hi-Trust, etc)
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Financial Services experience preferred
