We currently have a career opportunity for a Talent & Organizational Development Manager to join our team located in St. Louis, Missouri.

The purpose of this job is to help Perficient grow the skills and capabilities of its most important resource: its people. The Talent and Organizational Development Manager is a global thought leader who will lead a small team of Talent Development professionals and deliver on critical Talent and OD initiatives to

  • ensure that colleagues receive valuable, candid and timely coaching and feedback on their performance
  • help HRBP’s and business leaders gauge the pulse of their business units and identify actions that will drive engagement within their teams
  • establish and grow a solid pipeline of future leadership talent
  • deliver leadership and career development solutions that will help our colleagues achieve their career aspirations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of Perficient’s new global performance management process and ensure that it is accepted and embraced throughout the organization
  • Lead the annual engagement survey process and evolve the company’s continuous listening strategies to help Perficient gather colleague feedback and develop action plans to drive engagement
  • Partner with the Director, Talent Development and global HR Business Partners to further embed Perficient’s talent management practices into the business and ensure that the company has a solid pipeline of future leaders
  • Assist HRBP’s and senior leaders with development planning for top talent, ensuring that they have solid development plans that will accelerate their development
  • Deliver leadership development, career development and talent management programs and solutions that will help colleagues grow and prepare Perficient for the future

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or similar field, or 5-7 years of equivalent experience
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills: must be comfortable delivering training and facilitating meetings with large groups
  • Significant experience in a wide variety of Talent & Organizational Development disciplines, such as Performance Management, Career Development, Onboarding, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Survey/Continuous Listening
  • 1-3 years of prior experience leading others is preferred
  • Experience managing company-wide programs and initiatives
  • Collaboration skills – comfort working with colleagues from all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience as an HR Business Partner, and/or experience facilitating talent reviews, is highly preferred
  • Project management skills
  • Meeting facilitation skills

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $100,000-140,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
