We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mid-Level Android Native Developer to join our dynamic mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Android development, experience with the full mobile development lifecycle, and a passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly applications. As a Mid-Level Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining native Android applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and / or Java.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to conceptualize, build, test, and release apps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance and ensure the best possible user experience.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Continuously Client, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Ensure applications meet quality standards through unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.3 years of experience in Android development.Proficiency in Kotlin and / or Java.Strong understanding of the Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.Solid understanding of mobile application architectures, such as MVP, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines.Experience with Google Play Console for app deployment and management.Familiarity with modern development tools like Android Studio and Gradle.Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing your skills.Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks is a plus.Generalized Scope of Work
