Job description : Responsibilities :
- Data warehouse support. Incident management and User testing. This is a user support role (not call center).
- Primary duties include data validation, researching and responding to user incidents relating to data issues.
- We do not do analytics or reporting, but support a KP community of over 900 users.
- Strong analytic skills valued, data warehousing experience (building, supporting, using) highly desirable.
- User testing of release and defect fixes is a large part of the role. Experience in healthcare insurance highly desired, the warehouse contains data on membership, coverage, and benefits.
