Job description :
Required Level of Education : High school graduate
- Preferred Level of Education : Bachelor's degree (not required)
- How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? : 5
- Specific Systems Knowledge Required : Microsoft Office, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, Microsoft Teams
- Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred : Wrike
- Any Required Certifications? : None
- Expected Shift : 8 am - 5 pm PT
- Interview Process : 1-2 Teams interviews to include completion of a live case study
- Top Three things Worker will be doing : CRM software UAT (user acceptance testing), results / defect reporting, system release status reporting
- Top Three Skillsets needed : UI (User Interface) testing knowledge, analytical, detail oriented to identify even minor defects
