Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on the development and enhancement of products leveraging Conversational AI technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of conversational AI, expertise in prompt engineering, and a passion for creating customer-centric products for both external and internal customers.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, ensuring the delivery of innovative and impactful AI solution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision : Develop and refine the product strategy and vision for our conversational AI products, aligning with the company's goals and market needs.
Roadmap Development & Execution : Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on impact, resources, and timelines.
Prompt Engineering Expertise : Utilize expertise in prompt engineering to enhance conversational AI models, improving interaction quality, user experience, and engagement.
Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in conversational AI, using insights to inform product decisions.
User Research : Engage with users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product development to ensure relevancy and value.
Performance Metrics : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform iterative improvements.
Thought Leadership : Act as a subject matter expert on conversational AI and prompt engineering, contributing to industry discussions, publications, and conferences.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in product management, with a recent focus on conversational AI products.
Proven expertise in prompt engineering and a deep understanding of conversational AI technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with user research methods and incorporating user feedback into product development.
