Job Responsibilities
This role requires a self-starter with strong project management and planning capabilities, financial/Business analysis techniques, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral business communications skills, with the ability to interface/communicate with all levels of management, especially leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CIO – Vendor and Portfolio Management team
- Ensuring team SLAs and activities are addressed appropriately
- Supporting oversight of vendor contracts and renewals
- Tracking vendor expenses and identifying anomalies
- Creating meaningful reports using various data sources
- Developing PowerPoint decks/presentations for management/executive audiences
