We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Audio Video Technicians who have at least 3 years of experience in the Residential A/V Industry and are eager to contribute their expertise to an established, growing company that values professionalism, innovation, and teamwork. PAV - Skills Pay Program:

As a PAV Technician, you have a clear path to grow your skills and increase your earnings through our structured PAV - Skills Pay Program. This program outlines the critical skills technicians need to master and the pay increases they receive once they demonstrate proficiency on three (3) projects without assistance.

Example:

Control4 PCNA Certification = $1/hr Raise ($2,080 annually)
Level 2 Technicians who complete the Control4 PCNA Certification and can independently install three (3) networks will receive a $1.00/hr raise. This program is designed to reward self-motivated professionals who take the initiative to enhance their skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $15.00 to $35.00 / Hour Benefits (Compensation based on experience and skill level)
• Full-time Hourly Position (Weekdays, with occasional limited weekend and overnight travel)

A qualified candidate must have hands-on experience with the following. To progress through technician levels, candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in all prior levels.

Level 1 - Technician: ($20.00 - $25.00 /Hour)

• 3 years of Residential A/V Installation experience
• Control4 - Associate Installer (Required within first 30 days)
• New Construction & Retrofit Wire Installation
• Terminate & Test/Tone - CatX/Coax
• Flat Panel TV & Projector System Installation
• Sonos & Ring System Installation & Setup
• Surround Sound System Installation & Configuration
• IR/Serial Control - Terminate & Test
• Universal Remote Control Programming (ProControl, RTI, Universal, Harmony)

Level 2 - Technician: ($25.00 - $30.00 /Hour)

• Fiber Termination & Testing
• Rack Building & Wire Lacing
• Lutron Shade Installation
• Distributed Audio & Video System Installation
• WattBox Configuration
• Ra2 Select
• Hikvision Surveillance DVR/NVR
• A/V System Troubleshooting / Testing / Documentation

Level 3 - Technician: ($30.00 - $35.00 /Hour)

• Just Add Power - Video over IP Configuration

• Control4 - Level II Certification (Online)
• Elan - Automation Programmer (3-Day Class)
• NetworX Security System Panel Programming Adjustments

Level 4 - Technician / Project Manager: ($35.00 - $45.00 /Hour)

• Lutron HomeWorks Certification (5-Day Class)
• Lutron Full Shade Certification (4-Day Class)
• Progressive Screens Certification (3 Day Class)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification

Additional Requirements for All Technicians:

• Must pass a criminal background check (proof of residency required)
• Valid Georgia Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency with basic hand tools (drill, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
• Some overnight travel (less than 5%) may be required
• Reliable transportation to PAV office required
