AUTOMOTIVE BDC INTERNET SALES REPRESENTATIVES
WAYNE MAZDA and WAYNE HYUNDAI are looking for motivated people to become part of our team!
This highly accountable position uses CRM software and the Internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest. We will train you to understand all products and services offered, become knowledgeable of inventory, respond to customer inquiries as well as learn financing and incentive programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to Internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism
Generate sales appointments and handle inbound/outbound phone calls and emails.
Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM
Job requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read, work in call center environment and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
