Performance Automotive is seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow within our automotive service department .If you are tired of where you work and want to work in a Fun, clean and safe environment, we welcome you to join our family. Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs
• Prepare accurate and detailed repair orders
• Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Provide estimates for services and repairs
• Recommend additional services based on vehicle inspections
• Maintain customer records and follow up on services rendered

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good Computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Self starter
• Team player
• Experience in service writing and automotive sales encouraged but not required
• Strong sales skills to upsell additional services
• Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
