Key Responsibilities:
- Install and replace automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
- Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding services performed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an automotive glass installer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive glass types and installation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
