We are seeking a part time with the possibility for full time Computer Technician who has a passion for technology and a talent for solving complex problems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues related to computing hardware.

Responsibilities :

Perform comprehensive computer repairs, both hardware and software, with meticulous attention to detail.

Conduct on-site installations solo, ensuring proper setup and configuration of computer systems.

Build high-performance custom computers tailored to meet customers' specific needs.

Provide outstanding customer service, effectively communicating technical information to non-technical individuals.

Troubleshoot network-related issues, including all 7 layers of networking, to ensure seamless functionality and support.

Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions and stay up to date with the latest trends.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and customer interactions

Requirements :

Expert level proficiency in computer repairs and building, with a strong attention to detail, experience in a similar role is required.

Demonstrated a good understanding and experience with the 7 layers of a network.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

A customer-oriented approach and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
