PCI is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for its PCI Phoenix operations based in Tempe, AZ. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
Implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
Collaborating with operational leadership to develop strategies for selling all aspects, product lines, and capabilities of the company in the petrochemical business sector.
Understanding and conveying the value propositions and differentiators of the Company to the clients.
Research and report innovations, products, and processes in preparation for client presentations.
Attend industry-specific Conferences, Expos, Workshops, and Charity events as appropriate.
Work with the Corporate Marketing Department to develop marketing materials / social media.
Support connectivity of all clients and agents with the appropriate company teams and operations.
Partner with operations to develop quotes and proposals for clients and assist in project contract negotiations.
Regularly connect with prospective clients to provide information on PCI scopes of work.
Basic Requirements:
At least 5 years of leadership experience in operational, commercial, and business development in industrial, commercial services, or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management, Construction Science, Business/Marketing or related field, or comparable work experience.

Ability to create instant credibility, generate interest, and articulate PCI’s value proposition.
Meticulous with excellent follow-up skills.
Demonstrated success in creating and articulating complex strategies and plans to both executive management and peers.
