Contingent Workers must complete the personal information documents as well as acknowledge basic policies that must be adhered to while working on any of Performance Contracting worksites.

Contingent Worker Drug Screening
Each Contingent Worker is subject to the appropriate Performance Contracting substance abuse program and testing as required by Performance Contracting policy, law, and/or jobsite contractual requirement. This includes pre-assignment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug and/or alcohol testing, as well as other procedures as outlined by applicable policy. Contingent Workers must pass a pre-work assignment drug test through Performance Contracting’s Substance Abuse Prevention Department prior to commencing their assignments.
Verifying Work Eligibility of Contingent Worker
If a Contingent Worker is to perform work on a Federal project, or any project on which Performance Contracting’s upstream contract requires E-verify verification of legal work eligibility, the Branch will obtain verification of the Contingent Worker’s E-verification.
Contingent Worker Safety Training
PCG’s number one core value is Safety. This includes the safety and well-being of all PCG employees, staff, and visitors, including Contingent Workers. The Branch will ensure that all Contingent Workers complete the requisite safety training pursuant to the safety requirements of the jobsite where they are working.
The Contingent Worker’s agency shall comply with federally mandated requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission of the United States, or such other applicable state or locally mandated requirements. Compliance with these obligations is subject to Performance Contracting’s audit.

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform basic math
- Minimum experience applicable to each work assignment.
- Prolonged periods standing or sitting
- Physically able to perform necessary tasks
- May be required to lift, and/or work from heights, if applicable to work assignment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation
