Job Description
Job duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Layout project according to plans & specifications
- Coordinate preparation of plaster products with Labor Foremen
- Mix and prepare plastering/EIFS materials
- Carry and transfer of material
- Coordinate the staging of the material
- Measure, cut and install EIFS substrate
- Install mesh, leveling coats and finishes for EIFS
- Install multi-step plaster systems at the exterior and interior structures
- Clean up, protect, move material, tools & equipment
- Erect and dismantle scaffolds
- Calculate unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked and labor dollars
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs
- Conform to all company policies and procedures
- On-the-job training offered
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform basic math
- Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
