Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for its PCI Indianapolis 551 operations based in Carmel, IN. This individual will:

Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
Prepare RFI’s and submittals
Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders
Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen
Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation
Support the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program
Basic Requirements:
2-4 years of relevant professional experience in construction management (e.g., Field Engineer, Project Engineer, etc.) required
Must have Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related discipline, or comparable work experience
Must have OSHA 30 certification
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.
Possess clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings
Showcase strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment
Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught
Customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and employees at all levels
Displays critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize, work on multiple tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines

Preferred Requirements:
Experience with insulation and/or specialty services is preferred
