Job Description
PCG is seeking a Talent Management Specialist for its PCG Strategic Development Department operations based in Lenexa, Kansas. This individual will support the execution of career development, leadership growth, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, with a focus on overseeing and applying the competency model and related talent frameworks. This role ensures talent programs are effectively coordinated, aligned with business goals, and accessible to employees. This role is responsible for the following duties:
Oversight & Support of PCG’s Competency Model & Success Profiles
Maintain and update the competency model (Korn Ferry Leadership Architect), ensuring alignment with business needs.
Support the development and integration of success profiles into talent planning, succession, and leadership development initiatives, ensuring that they accurately reflect evolving business needs and inform career development pathways.
Assist in embedding competency frameworks into talent processes, including performance management, assessment, training, career development, and career pathing programs.
Support change management efforts related to talent initiatives and system and process updates.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance talent processes and improve program effectiveness.
Support the continuous refinement of competency frameworks and their application across talent initiatives.
Learning, Leadership, & Organizational Development Program Support
Assist in the planning and execution of leadership development and employee training.
Coordinate learning logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, communication, and participant tracking.
Support the administration of talent assessment tools and feedback processes.

Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational or Leadership Development, or related field
5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in competency-based frameworks, L&D, leadership development, or talent reviews
Ability to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, listening, and interpersonal
Strong time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to create schedules and meet deadlines effectively
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and effectively individually
Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships while maintaining professionalism
Strong computer literacy; experience working with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
Preferred Requirements
Local to the Kansas City Metro area
Experience with the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect (KFLA)
Experience with change management methodology
Experience with process mapping, such as SIPOC or similar
