Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Assistant Strength And Conditioning Coach located in several major cities across Texas. The Assistant Strength And Conditioning Coach will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of strength and conditioning programs, monitoring athletes' progress, ensuring proper technique, and preventing injuries. The role also involves collaborating with other coaches to enhance athletic performance.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training principles
- Understanding of Athletic Performance and Injury Prevention techniques
- Background in Sports Science
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Passion for working with athletes and enhancing their performance
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) are beneficial
