Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. This is not a full time hire, preferably someone with their own business looking for some more jobs. Or someone who has the experience from their previous job. The ideal candidate will have experience in window tinting and a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work with various tools, and the physical capability to perform heavy lifting. As a Window Tinter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of vehicles by applying high-quality window films.

Responsibilities

• Apply window tinting films to vehicles with precision and care.
• Assess customer needs and provide expert recommendations on tint options.
• Perform auto estimating to determine material requirements for each job..
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in window tinting or related fields such as auto glass installation or automotive repair is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
• Familiarity with auto estimating processes is a plus.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
