Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customer base
• Forward facing customer interactions
• Maintain the highest level of communication throughout repair order cycle
• Generation and management of repair orders
• Scheduling and communication with technicians

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to use a computer and dealer operating system
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Problem solving abilities
• Familiarity with common accessories for powersports and marine applications
• Professional communication oral and written
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Passion for the powersports/marine industry

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Lightspeed EVO
• Sales Experience
• Dealership experience
• Powersports/Marine Experience
• Familiarity with technical components and terminology for powersports and marine applications
