Summary
As a member of our project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion. You will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations in our Jacksonville office

- Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting
- Oversee pre-con meeting to ensure successful handoff from estimating to field
- Collaborate GC to identify potential issues up front
- Set clear goals and expectations for foreman
- Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns
- Estimate Change orders
- Manage all job close out procedures
- Conduct post project review to determine areas for future improvement
- provide coaching/counseling to foreman
- Develop/maintain network for professional relationships within our industry
- recruit and develop talent
- Desired skills and experience
- 5 years of successful electrical PM experience (commercial and multifamily)
- strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Journeyman license (a plus)
- OSHA 30 a plus

Pay: $48,352.00 - $113,056.00 per year
