POSITION SUMMARY
The Scaffold Helper is responsible for providing assistance to employees with various duties in a safe manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct behavioral based safety observations
- Participate in daily JSEA meetings
- Perform work involving the erection and dismantling of scaffolding
- Assist with erecting and dismantling of all forms of access including but not limited to system scaffold and tub and clamp scaffolding
- Climb and work in high places that may exceed 200’ in height, and in restricted spaces but not limited to over water and confined spaces
- Complete daily visual inspections and minor maintenance to ensure equipment is in proper working condition as directed by field leadership
- Assist construction personnel with various projects including but not limited to: rig equipment loads, assembly of pipe spools by bolt up flange connections, crane opertor with equipment and material movement on the platform, coordinate crane activity for transport of material to work site with ability to properly rig equipment such as slings and cables, welders and fitters with assembly of pipe & pipe fittings and firewatch
- Demonstrates strong adherence to Company policies and procedures, included but not limited to Safety, and Company values
- Wear all appropriate safety equipment (PPE)
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Scaffold field leadership, manager and/or supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Basic written and verbal skills
- Must have a valid TWIC card
- Experience using safe work habits
- Must be reliable and have good time management skills
- For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen
- For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
