You will need to become BPI certified (Building Analyst Professional). Experience in the areas of energy and safety are helpful but we will train the best person regardless of experience!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of home energy systems, inspection processes, and the ability to analyze data effectively. The Quality Assurance Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of worksites.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring.
- Collaborate with crew teams to deliver results that meet quality requirements.
- Collect and analyze data related to quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and systems (QA/QC).
- Ability to travel the worksites (most are in all the state of Georiga), so the candidate will be on the road much of the time.
- Provide feedback to production teams regarding non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis for quality assurance purposes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings clearly.
