Position Summary: The Financial Reporting Manager will ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies, financial reporting, and ongoing operational accounting responsibilities. These responsibilities include assisting in the ongoing monitoring and performance of SOX controls, close and financial reporting, providing assistance to the leasing and fixed assets teams, and support with business combinations.

The Manager of Financial Reporting position will perform the following duties:
- Establishes and executes on consistent accounting policies in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); FASB standards and compliance with SEC rules and regulations.
- Manages a selection of SOX controls and provides ongoing support and monitoring for portions of our SOX programs.
- Assists the lease and fixed asset teams in fielding questions and providing detail and review level work, depending on the needs of the team.
- Assists in the preparation of quarterly and annual asset impairment analyses
- Aids with ongoing business acquisitions. This includes business combination accounting, review of third party valuations, partnering with acquired companies on push down accounting, and ongoing integration work, where needed.
- Support the external audit process, including preparation of client-prepared schedules and maintenance of financial reporting process documentation
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
- 4-6 years of accounting or finance functions, including specific experience in publicly traded companies or in a public accounting firm.
- Demonstrated knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret data to effectively report on financial results
- Must possess strong business and financial acumen and a bias for action.
- Proven ability to lead and influence, with an equal ability to "roll-up your sleeves".
- Outstanding communication skills to interface with leadership and internal partners.
