Position Summary :

Core-Mark is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to assist with the daily administrative tasks within the Marketing Department with an emphasis on event coordination and support. The ideal candidate for this position embraces a fast-paced environment with significant organizational and project management skills. This position is highly marketing focused and requires an individual that is very detail-oriented, self-motivated and always willing to pitch in as needed to successfully meet deadlines.

This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing and is located at our Corporate office in Westlake, TX. This role is a hybrid role based in-office with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week post-training and based on business needs.

Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support to the marketing team

Collaborate and support Events Manager on various administrative and logistical needs such as purchasing of promotional items, analyzing quotes, budget tracking, and other duties assigned

Maintain and take ownership of list management for all corporate and large-scale customer events

Organize, inventory and ship items for regional expos and customer events

Prepare, format and edit a range of marketing materials

Partner with accounts payable to track and code all expenses, and ensure timely payment of invoices

Order premium items in support of marketing initiatives and brand integrity

General office duties and any other marketing & administrative tasks, as needed
