Operator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and tools to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and factory operations, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery, including milling machines and presses, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
• Utilize hand tools and basic math skills to perform precise measurements and adjustments during production.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings to understand specifications for tooling and machining processes.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a factory or warehouse setting, preferably as an Operator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with tooling, machining processes, and the use of calipers for accurate measurements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $21.17 - $22.49 per hour
