This is a hybrid position with the expectation to work in the office 4 days per week

Compensation : $110,000 – 125,000 per year.

Senior Business Analyst
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing complex business problems, identifying solutions, and driving key initiatives across various functional areas. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to define business needs, gather requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of business solutions.
Responsibilities :
Requirements Gathering & Analysis :
Lead the process of gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
Identify business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
Review existing documentation, such as process flows, system requirements, and reports, to understand current business practices and uncover requirements.
Develop use cases or user stories to describe how the end-users will interact with the system or solution.
Conduct as-is studies, perform gap analysis, and document both the current and future states. Compare the current state ("as-is") with the desired future state ("to-be"). Identify gaps and outline the requirements needed to bridge those gaps.
Create comprehensive business requirements specifications, as well as detailed functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
Validate the requirements with all stakeholders to confirm their accuracy and completeness.
Solution Design & Implementation :
Work with stakeholders and technical teams to design, test, and implement effective business solutions.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Assist in the development of system configurations and changes, ensuring business needs are met.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration :
Facilitate communication between business units, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.
Project Management Support :
Assist project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including business cases, roadmaps, and status reports.
Monitor progress and help mitigate risks related to project execution.
Testing & Quality Assurance :
Develop test cases and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the quality of delivered solutions.

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience in Leading the process of gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing and designing business processes in sales, customer service, logistics, warehouse and procurement.
Experience with building use cases to meet business requirements.
Experience with workflow tools like Microsoft Visio
Experience in building power point presentations to drive current and future state discussions
Experience with JIRA OR other SDLC tools
Problem solving skills in analyzing data and relationships to drive process discussions.
