Job Description :
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for the collaborative design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of network infrastructure, network operations, and technology solutions. This individual will serve as a senior technical resource, leading all support and design efforts in support of a “connected” experience for our associates. As a Senior Networking Engineer, he / she will have a deep technical understanding of critical network infrastructure in a large enterprise. The individual will coordinate all troubleshooting and / or triage efforts should the network experience any type of failure or incident. This position will also advocate for continual modernization of the network infrastructure, yielding an improved connected experience for our employees.
Job Responsibilities
Subject matter expert for network infrastructure and the connected experience for all associates
Designs, implements and supports all enterprise network infrastructure
Stays abreast of available network upgrades, reducing the potential for technical debt.
Identify opportunities to improve process and operational disciplines
Contributes to the design and implementation of a resilient, secure and scalable network
Ensures the resiliency of all network devices (routers, switches, wireless access points, VPN, VoIP). Primary technical lead for all hosted voice infrastructure (VoIP)
Mentor team members within various technology disciplines
Technical leadership with fulfilling various requests, including maintenance tasks and business projects
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications :
Bachelors
5 - 7 Years
- 5 years of Cisco networking leadership in large, multi-site enterprise
- 5 years of Cisco network hardware configuration management (routers, switches, VPN / IPSec)
- 5 years leading all Cisco VoIP infrastructure in a large, multi-site enterprise
- 5 years managing enterprise deployment and support for secure Wireless
- 5 years of operations leadership where incident management and metrics is emphasized
- 5 years of TCP / IP mastery, inclusive of LAN and secure WAN design and implementation
- Cisco CCNA‐level or equivalent proficiency certification required
- Strong analytical skills with incident and problem management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including executive presentations
- Highly collaborative, willing to help colleagues and business partners
- Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude, which fosters an enablement culture
