Our delivery drivers play a crucial role in America’s food supply chain, ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition. As the face of our company, you will build lasting relationships with our customers!
Key Responsibilities :
Professional communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers.Contribute as a team member to enhance company success.Conduct pre / post trip safety checks of the truck and trailer according to DOT regulations.Report safety issues and required repairs promptly.Abide by all DOT regulations and company safety policies.Securely load and unload products and verify delivery with customers.Keep accurate records and paperwork associated with deliveries.Handle cash or checks as required and manage customer returns efficiently.Ensure all vehicles and freight are secured at all times.Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area.Complete daily logs in compliance with DOT and company requirements.Fulfill other duties as assigned to support operational needs.Qualifications :
To qualify for this role, you should have :
6 months of commercial driving experience.A high school diploma / GED or state-approved equivalent.A valid CDL Class A license.Compliance with State licensing and certification requirements.Must be at least 21 years of age.A clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years.Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.Successfully complete a road test.A current DOT Health Card or the ability to obtain one.Capability to lift products ranging from 10-90 pounds using appropriate equipment.About Us :
