Diesel Engine Technician and Repair Expert Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Engine Technician and Repair Expert to join our team at Performance Foodservice. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and overhauling medium to heavy-duty diesel engines to ensure safe operations and compliance with standards.
• Performs preventative maintenance on minor repairs and standard component inspections/repairs of fleet diesel equipment
• Ensures equipment has required licensing and registration prior to being deemed as 'roadworthy'
• Installs, replaces, and repairs onboard computers
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of proven medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair experience
