Entry Level Truck Driver

Job Description : Position Details :

  • 60,000 annual average salary
  • 180 per day during 13-week training, then component pay based on cases, miles, and stops
  • Early morning start Monday - Friday, no nights or weekends

Responsibilities :

  • Successfully completes Entry Level Driver Trainee or Dock to Driver Training Program
  • Rides-with and assists driver trainer in executing deliveries
  • Performs all required safety checks and inspections
  • Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines
  • Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule
  • Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas
  • Completes daily record of hours of service and enters in log
  • Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area, and trailers
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
