Your Role:
As a Diesel Mechanic Technician Class B, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. This includes inspecting and testing vehicles to identify potential issues, diagnosing problems using computerized diagnostic tools, and recommending repairs or replacements as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; 3-5 years of experience in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair preferred.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, brakes, suspension, and other critical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Familiarity with computerized diagnostic tools and software.
