Tractor Maintenance Technician Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tractor Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle components.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience 6-12 months interpret data requiring advanced skills knowledge equivalent to 6-12 months training in truck/automotive maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
