About the Role
This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for safely moving tractors and trailers within a distribution facility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all required safety checks, including pre/post trip inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies
- Safely move trailers to/from loading docks and to/from designated parking area
Requirements:
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL)
- 6-12 months of tractor trailer experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Pass road test
- Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
