The ideal candidate will have 12 months of commercial driving experience, a valid CDL A license, and the ability to lift and move product cases weighing between 10-35 pounds. As a CDL Class A driver, you will be responsible for delivering food and related products to customers in a safe and timely manner, while adhering to Department of Transportation regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and coworkers professionally
- Function as a team member within the department and organization, performing any duty assigned to best serve the company
- Inspect tractor/trucks and trailers for safety before and after each use, reporting any issues or repairs needed
- Follow all company safe driving guidelines and policies, immediately reporting any safety hazards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license
- 12 months commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift and move product cases weighing between 10-35 pounds
- Meet all state licensing and certification requirements (where applicable)
