About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic Technician Class B to join our team at Performance Foodservice.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent and 3-5 years of proven experience in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair.
The key responsibilities include completing and performing preventative maintenance on minor repairs and standard component inspections/repairs of fleet diesel equipment.
The Diesel Technician - Class B will also be responsible for ensuring equipment has required licensing and registration prior to being deemed as 'roadworthy' and completes thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
