Job Description:

Please Note: Operating Company Location Will be Moving to Forth Worth, TX, in Summer 2025

This role supports the company's computer network and supports computer users. Solves practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Communicates and deals with wide range of associates. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company

• Evaluates, recommends, purchases, inspects, stages and installs computer equipment. Installs software packages such as operating systems, word processing, or spreadsheet programs.
• Tests software and hardware to evaluate ease of use and whether product will aid user in performing work. Installs microcomputers, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Maintains an inventory of all computer equipment, software, license agreements and support agreements.
• Supports and maintains the computer network ensuring a high level of reliability and performance.
• Answers user’s inquiries concerning systems operation.
• Diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.
• Recommends or performs minor remedial action to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation. Instructs user in use of equipment and software.
• Trains users on software and hardware on-site or in classroom, or recommends outside contractors to provide training.
• Provides support for local and remote operator errors.
• Replaces defective or inadequate software packages.
• Refers major hardware problems to service personnel for correction.
• Talks to programmers to explain software errors or to recommend changes to programs.
• Calls software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products.
• Defines and corrects problems with computer network, e-mail system and client software.
• May maintain and update telephone system
• Will be providing reports from various systems to Senior Leaders

Qualification:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

-3- 5 Years Experience

• Information technology programming and data

processing.
