The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Non CDL Driver to join our team!The Person in this position will assist in operating our Mobile Taste Kitchen.This includes
- Helping sales and the Brands Manager set up the Mobile Taste Kitchen
- Safely drive the Mobile Taste Kitchen to customer locations
- Keeping the Mobile Taste Kitchen cleaned
- Report all safety issues and repairs. Ensure basic maintenance is being completed
- Perform all safety checks on the vehicle according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Other job duties as assignedSchedule : Monday-Friday 8am-430pmHours / days may vary depending on customer needs.Overnights and weekends may be requiredWe Deliver the goods

- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- 6 - 12 months box truck or van driving experience
- Valid non-commercial driver's license
- Meet all State licensing and / or certification requirements (where applicable)
- Must be 21 years of age
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Pass road test
- Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler to move and / or stack product cases / freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from approximately 60 to 90 pounds, depending on the location.Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience of commercial driving experience
- Foodservice distribution industry experience
- Onboard computer and electronic log system experience (i.e.PeopleNet)
- Hand-held point of delivery scanning system experience (i.e. POD)
