OLM Food Solutions is now taking applications for a Summer Intern in their Content Design Department.
This is a short-term role providing practical work experience to post-high school students. Provides general business office assistance and administrative support. May interact with customers, associates, management, and/or visitors, etc. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

- File/organize digital customer information.
- Test system functionality including necessary documentation for review by supervisor.
- Document changes or implementation of training material for review by supervisor.
- Prepare various documents, reports, and additional copy as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Students majoring in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Education.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience. Currently enrolled or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media Communications, or other relevant field. Introductory graphic design experience, photography, videography, editing skills is preferred.
- Communication/Language Skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a must. Passion for creating great employee and customer experiences with a digital-first mindset using collaboration and patience. Ability to read and comprehend documents, simple instructions, and product labels.
- Technical Competencies. Possess intermediate PC skills, basic administrative skills with strong attentiveness to detail.
- Mathematical Skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate figures and amounts along with performing essential math functions.
- Reasoning Abilities. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities.
