Job Description
Responsible for selling and promoting company products while working in a fast pace retail/wholesale environment with customers and other employees in a team atmosphere. Provides prompt, courteous, and professional one on one attention to customers. Handles daily cash applications including tender of customer orders, collect cash, check, and credit card payments and responsible for end of day drawer balance. Other duties include stocking shelves, rotating product, inventory counts, and daily cleaning task. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Selling and promoting company products while servicing the customer.
Receive incoming stock items at the loading dock and transport to staging area by hand as required.
Inspect items for damage, perform quality checks and temperature checks, verify lot numbers and take appropriate action as needed.
Rotate date sensitive stock to the front of the rack (FIFO) and remove out dated inventory according to company policy.
Disperse over stocked items to available areas for temporary storage.
Select customer orders for will call, assist customers in store with selections and check out customers as required. Perform general housekeeping duties, sweep/scrub floors, set up promotional and seasonal displays, clean displays, remove trash, maintain outside areas, clean restrooms.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION WORKING LESS THAN 30 HOURS PER WEEK
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience in customer Service/Retail environment or related area.
Required Experience
6 months - 1 year
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience
1 - 3 years in customer service within the foodservice industry.
