We are seeking an energetic individual who thrives in a bustling environment and prefers engaging directly with Associates. You will be a champion for Associate education regarding our Benefit Plans and partner with management to create a positive onboarding experience for new hires. Your initiatives will support increased Associate retention.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing the Leave of Absence process for all Associates, including ADA, FMLA, STD, LTD, and PLOA.
- Assisting with recruiting activities, processing candidates through application and onboarding systems, collaborating with hiring managers, and attending career events.
- Participating in Associate Retention efforts, including being a member of the Activity Committee, contributing to the Associate Newsletter, championing surveys, and managing Internal & External Social Media.
This is an Exempt position with pay based on experience plus bonus potential.
