Responsibilities and Expectations
The Class B Diesel Equipment Repair Specialist will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and repairing medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, reefer units, and convertor dollies under minimal supervision.
- Performing preventative maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnosing and repairing complex issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and other critical systems.
- Ensuring all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
- Providing guidance and training to junior technicians.
Compensation and Benefits
