About the Role
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for performing shipping and/or receiving functions in a timely manner while maintaining inventory and warehouse work areas. This involves observing all safety regulations and ensuring quality standards are met to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned, including but not limited to forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, break down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area, including the loading dock and trailers.
- Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
- Perform daily safety checks on assigned equipment and complete necessary paperwork.
- Review work schedule and daily production paperwork to prepare for operations.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear at all times.
Requirements
- 6 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
- Able to work scheduled and assigned times, as well as required overtime.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, weighing between 10-35 pounds, and up to 60-90 pounds, depending on location.
