Position Overview :
As the Automotive Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency. You will lead and mentor a team of service professionals, optimize workflows, and maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Daily Operations : Oversee service department scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
- Team Leadership : Hire, train, and supervise service department personnel, fostering a positive, productive, and professional work environment.
