The part-time Logistics Analyst will assist the Logistics Specialist with daily logistics, admin duties and projects as needed.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and update SOPs and placards for items
- Investigate SDS and MDS to verify and update skus
- Log quality data for all departments
- Use VBA, Macros and formulas for data and reporting
- Administration of productivity and quality tracking
- Miscellaneous reports, cycle counting, and responding to email correspondence as needed
- Evaluate processes, utilize data and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Miscellaneous reports, cycle counting, and responding to email correspondence as needed
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform duties of Material Handler and Shipping Clerk as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate Windows package: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and system packages such as Manhattan and NetSuite
- Previous experience supporting logistics in a coordinator or analyst role
