Sales Operations Specialist

Performance Health is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you are responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of service to internal and external customers in order to develop and maintain a quality reputation in the marketplace, build public relations and increase sales. Also, taking ownership of projects and processes to meet and exceed customer's needs while offering process improvements as needed and necessary.This is a remote based position working EST hours to support our Southeast Sales team. Candidate must live in EST or CST time zone and be willing to work the assigned hours.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesActs as a liaison with vendors, sales reps, customer service and other departments in the companyManage backorder report, offering substitutions to customers and processing sub ordersPrepares quotes, return requests, order entry, issue resolution, case entry, etc. Maintains sales rep sample accountsMaintains all literature requests from sales repsManages freight claims and LTL claimsProcesses credits and rebillsPackage tracking, provide direct support for Outside Sales RepresentativesEnter quotes which can be for a one-time purchase or ongoing contractFocus on accuracy, organization and attention to detailPromotes and maintains positive customer relationsProcess purchase orders which are received by Outside Sales Representatives Cross reference support Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with multiple internal departments.
