We are seeking a motivated, high energy, individual to join our Operations Team as a Delivery Technician. As a part of our Delivery team, you must be responsible, reliable, detail orientated and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also have good people skills to deal with patients and peers amongst several departments. A background in medical equipment preferred but we will train the right candidate.

Job descriptions and needs would entail but not limited to:
- Perform daily administrative tasks.
- Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment and service in-person and over the phone.
- Data entry and scanning.
- Procuring and completing any necessary documentation required by Performance Home Medical and contracted insurance companies.
- Perform basic warehouse duties (i.e. receiving, stocking, and cleaning).
- Operate phone systems in a professional manner.
- Greet patients in a clinical setting and complete screening questionnaires.
- Perform daily deliveries including set up, service, and explanation of equipment.
- Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment and service.
- Clean/maintain company vehicles, property, and equipment after daily usage.
- Rotating afterhours and weekend on-call schedule.
- Ability to work at multiple sites.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to assist the team as needed.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal relationship skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Technologically proficient with strong computer skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic with a commitment to providing the highest level of patient/customer care.

- Responsible and reliable.
- Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (current driving abstract must be presented). Will be able to lift 90lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
